A Buyer’s Inspection is an evaluation of a residential property’s visible and readily accessible components. We’ll present the information we uncover in a digital inspection report that will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you decide to go through with an investment after reviewing the results of the inspection, we urge you to do a final walk-through before you pick up the keys to check for any last-minute alterations of the property.
We inspect these components:
- Roofing System
- Foundation & Crawl Spaces
- Structural Components
- Driveways & Walkways
- Exterior (doors, windows, cladding)
- Interior (doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, stairs)
- Attic, Ventilation, & Insulation
- Air Conditioning System
- Heating System
- Electrical System
- Plumbing System
- Built-in Appliances
Designed to be scheduled before listing your home for sale, this inspection can make a prospective transaction go much more smoothly. We’ll thoroughly assess the home, informing you of any issues we come across so that you have an opportunity to address any issues before showing the home to potential buyers.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
New homes are often protected by a 1-year warranty, and it’s important that you’re made aware of potential defects before the warranty period is over. We’ll perform a comprehensive evaluation of the property, giving you a chance to contact your contractor to address any potential issues before your 1-year warranty expires.
A defective component discovered during a home inspection usually isn’t a deal-breaker as long as the seller takes action to correct the issue. This inspection should be scheduled after the seller has informed you that repairs have been made. We’ll come back to the property to make sure the repairs were made to fix the original issue.
